Bid Petroleum offers rewarding and convenient consulting opportunities to professionals and service companies in the Oil & Gas industry. The five steps below outline the process from posting a Project to consulting and receiving payment from the Client.

1. Post a Project Companies of any size or individuals can create a new Project. The project description, the budget and the timeframe are the three most important parameters to be filled out. It is forbidden to post any contact information in the project description or anywhere else in an open project.
2. Placing your Bid Once an open Project has been created and accepted, Bid Petroleum notifies by email all the Members (called Bidders), whose backgrounds match the Project description, to place their Bids. Bid Petroleum uses a unique filtering tool to select the qualified applicants who could perform the services described in the Project description.
3. Bidding Process Prior to bidding on a project, you must become a Member of Bid Petroleum. It usually takes under five minutes to complete an application and become a Member. Any member of Bid Petroleum, whether was invited by email or not, can participate in the bidding process of an open Project. Simply click on the name of the Project and follow the instructions on the screen. It is forbidden to post any contact information at this stage. Sign Up to start now!
4. Close a Project At the end of the bidding period, or any time prior to it, Clients have the option to award their Project to the winning Bidder. Once the winning Bidder is chosen, the Project is considered closed and Bid Petroleum will notify the winning Bidder by email.
5 Receive Payment Bid Petroleum notifies both Client and Bidder once the Client chooses the winning Bidder. At this final stage the winning Bidder must perform the services required by the Client, which are described in the Project description. When services are tendered, the Client has the obligation to pay the Bidder the agreed amount, which is the winning Bid.
